This quote is written on a wall at Cathedral Kitchen in Camden as a reminder to guests, staff and volunteers as to how and why we serve others.
Six days a week (for 1 ½ hours each day) Cathedral Kitchen gives 200-250 guests a hot “to go” meal at the door, bag of food, bottle(s) of water, and toiletry items (when there is enough for everyone). Cathedral Kitchen guests currently need the items listed below:
Toiletries (Travel Size)
Disposable Shaving Razor
Men’s and Women’s new black crew socks
Men’s Boxers – sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL
Women’s Hipster Briefs – sizes S, M, L, XL, 2XL
COLLECTION OF FOOD AND PLASTIC BAGS FOR CHERRY HILL FOOD PANTRY
We will also be collecting PLASTIC BAGS and FOOD for the Cherry Hill Pantry on the same day and time. Below is a list of needs for the pantry:
JELLY, PANCAKE MIX, SYRUP, NAPKINS, PROTEIN BARS, SIDE DISHES LIKE KNORR OR HAMBURGER HELPER, DISINFECTANT SPRAY OR WIPES
St. Andrew’s can generously help by purchasing any of the above items when shopping. We’ll be collecting your donations on the following date:
