“April Showers” For Collingswood Manor

Auxiliaries of the United Methodist Church are holding an “April Showers” collection for the residents of the Collingswood Manor! You can help by donating items (box in the lobby) until April 7th. Here is a link to the list of items that are being requested.

DCP&P Easter Baskets

Easter Basket Project: Take-A-Basket, Fill-A-Basket You can help the Missions Committee of St. Andrew’s provide filled Easter Baskets to children under the care of DCP&P (Division of Child Protection and Permanency). Here’s how you can help: Pick up an empty basket on April 7th (or provide your own) Fill the basket with items that you feel the child will enjoy Carefully Wrap the basket in cellophane and mark it by age group: Birth-2yrs, 3-5 yrs, 6-10 yrs, 11-13 yrs. Our children’s clothing ministry is in need of clothing in the following sizes: • GIRLS pants/tops sizes 9 mo, 12 mo, 2T, 4T, and 5 • Tops size 12 • GIRLS Pajamas size 8 and 12 • BOYS pants/tops sizes 9 mo., 2T, 3T, 4T, and 10 • BOYS COATS sizes 7, 8, and 12 Donations can be placed in the Little Hands Little Feet box in the lobby. Once again, we are ready to provide more casseroles to families at the Neighborhood Center. On Fridays, the Neighborhood Center in Camden distributes frozen casseroles to families who are suffering from food insecurity. Here’s how you can help: 1. Pick up an aluminum pan or two in the lobby on Sunday! 2. Cook a favorite dish 3. Write the recipe name, ingredients and cooking instructions on the lid. 4. Freeze it 5. Interfaith Homeless Outreach Program

The IHOC Network is coming to St. Andrew’s March 24 – April 7! The Interfaith Homeless Outreach Council is a network of churches using their resources to assist and help homeless men get back on their feet. For more than 20 years, St. Andrew’s has been a participating network church, year after year. Currently, there are seven men who will be our guests here at St. Andrew’s for those two weeks. Cathedral Kitchen

March Donations: Cathedral Kitchen has requested donations of hand and feet warmers as well as underwear and socks for men and women. Donations can be placed in the “Cathedral Kitchen Shopping Cart” in the lobby!
